Effective 31 October 2026. This notice explains how information submitted through Glacier Models is used.
What you share
Applications and booking enquiries collect your name, email, location and the information you include in the form. Applications require 1–5 photographs and at least one selected role. They may also include a portfolio link and height. Booking briefs may include company, date, budget and talent preferences. Do not submit identity documents, banking information, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Why it is used
Your submission is stored to allow the authorised agency administrator to review it, contact you about it, and manage the application or enquiry. Submission does not guarantee representation or a booking. We do not sell form submissions.
Access and storage
Application photographs are stored privately and are available through authenticated administrator routes. They are not published as talent profiles or made available through public image URLs. Submission details are held in the site’s hosted database. The admin portal is restricted to an authorised email address verified with a one-time code through Cloudflare Access. Hosting and authentication providers process information necessary to run this service. A shortlisted model list is saved in this browser’s local storage, which you can clear at any time.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks applications and booking enquiries to reduce automated abuse. Verification information is processed by Cloudflare before a submission is accepted. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing details.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your submission, use the contact form, select a clear subject in your message and include the email used for the original submission. The administrator may need to verify the request. Records should be retained only for the application, enquiry and related recordkeeping needs; the administrator is responsible for reviewing and removing records that are no longer needed.
Photography and geography
Images labelled editorial preview are illustrative stock photography. Location data is sourced from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. The directory does not guarantee completeness, current names or local representation.
Adults only
The current model application route is for people aged 18 or older. Please do not submit an application for a child through this form.
